The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
Release Date: March 3, 2017
You've been asleep for 100 years...and Hyrule is in peril once again
Do you love exploring worlds, embarking on quests, finding treasure, and fighting ferocious monsters? The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has all of those and more! Paraglide off cliffs, scale mountains, meet old friends and make new ones, fight monsters ranging from the standard Bokoblin to the majestic, but terrifying Lynel…and did we mention that you can tame wild horses?
Breath of the Wild takes a step away from the traditional Zelda series in that it has a truly open world design and, what came as a shock to most longtime fans, no lengthy tutorials, and no handholding throughout the game. In fact, barring the very beginning stages of gameplay where players are directed to complete certain tasks, they are left completely to their own devices afterward.
Taking the place of the typical temples and dungeons are the Divine Beasts, each with their own boss to defeat. They take the form of an Elephant (Vah Ruta), an Eagle (Vah Medoh), a Salamander (Vah Rudania), and a Camel (Vah Naboris). Unlike the game’s predecessors, there is no mention as to which Beast the player should defeat first. (Be honest, how many of you decided to tackle Vah Naboris first?) With stunning graphics, a beautiful soundtrack, and ultra-smooth gameplay, we rate The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild a 10/10! Get your copy and join us!

Luigi's Mansion 3
Release Date: October 31, 2019
A wonderful vacation at a luxurious hotel, or so we thought!
What do you call a cross between Super Mario Bros. and Ghostbusters? Luigi’s Mansion, of course!
It’s been 6 long years since the release of Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon, and just when you thought poor Luigi could have a break from all the spooks? Well, you thought wrong. Enter Luigi’s Mansion 3, what was supposed to be a lovely vacation at a luxurious hotel nestled in the mountainside with nary a spook in sight, unless you count Polterpup (but he’s a good spook, so he gets a pass from us), has now turned into a ghost filled, haunted nightmare! To top it all off? Mario and the others have been spirited away by King Boo and company and, once again, Luigi must gather his courage to save his friends.
Not to worry though! You’ll be armed with the new and improved Poltergust G-00 – those ghosts don’t stand a chance. Stuck behind bars, trapped by spikes, or can’t quite reach an item? Never fear, Gooigi is here! Luigi can call his doppelganger to safely traverse the places he cannot and interact with objects to aid Luigi in his quest to conquer the hotel, floor by floor.
